One workbook with a header row holding 'Id', 'log2FoldChange' and 'padj', optionally 'pvalue', and one 'norm.<sample>' column per sample for the heatmap. You adjust every threshold after the upload, with the charts updating as you go.

Your file is read once and a working copy is kept while you work and deleted 30 minutes after your last activity (or straight away if you end the session). It is never archived. Pathway enrichment is optional and sends only the significant gene symbols to the Enrichr service.
